Mr, JR. Hay, C.E., left by the Afokoia on Saturday morning on a. visit to Auckland, for -tlie purpose of recruiting his health, which has-been indifferent for some time.
Air. J. R. 'Little, Borough Inspector, left by 7 the Alokoia for. Auckland on Satruday, en route to Rotorua, where he intends to undergo tho treatment at 'the baths.
Sir Robert 'and Lady Stout, with their daughter Janet, have booked passages by the P. and -0. steamer Moldavia, leaving Sydney 7 in February for the Oid Country.
