Advices from French AVesfc Africa state that the juiberian Customs gunboat Lark, commanded by a British naval reserve. officer, fired at a steamer belonging to the German AVomnann line off Gloucester. The. Lark was recently instructed to stop breaches of the 1 Customs regulations and prevent the entrance of ships to Liberian ports which are not open to the trade of the world. The German guardship stationed on the Cameroon coast has started for Liberia.
