ANOTHER OUTRAGE. A WAGGON DYNAMITED. United Press Association, Copyright. SYDNEY, Jan. 18. An ice waggon belonging to- the Barrier Ice Company has been blown to fragments., with dynamite. The outrage is believed to be the outcome of the refusal of the company to cease supplying ice to the Proprietary mine. . THE ACTION AGAINST THE PROPRIETARY COMPANY. APPLICATION FOR INJUNCTION WITHDRAWN. (Received Jan. 19, 12.35 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Jan. 18. The combined unions have withdrawn the application for an injunction to restrain the Proprietary Company from continuing the alleged look-out. _
