APPLICATION FOR INJUNCTION WITHDRAWN. (Received Jan. 19, 12.35 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Jan. 18. The combined unions have withdrawn the application for an injunction to restrain the Proprietary Company from continuing the alleged look-out. _
