Arising out of a. quarrel over alleged touting for information regarding the prospects of Wooton’s horses winning, R. Wooten, the jockey, has been ordered to find sureties to keep the peace towards J. M. Bell,- racehorse owner. THE RUSSIAN LOAN. (Received Jan. 19, 11.16 p.m.) The British portion of the Russian loan was subscribed, several times over. The scrip is at one quarter premium.
