CASE FOR PROSECUTION CLOSED OPENING OF THE DEFENCE, United Press Association. Copyright DURBAN, Jan. 19. The case for the prosecution against Dinizulu has closed,, after extending over a month. . Since there were some indications that Dinizulu was unaware of the presence of rebels in his kraal, the defence was concentrated upon this point.
