An influential deputation, consisting of Messrs A. if. Kennedy, J. W. Bright, J. B. Kells, W. Alil'ler, W. Pettie, J. T. Evans, E. W. Riaeb and a mimbor of other igentlemen, representing the shipping and commercial interests of the district., waited upon Air. I C .
