ORAIOND ROAD RACE
The following handicaps have been declared by Mr. R. H. Clark (handicapper) for the second heat of the races for the cup presented by Air. D. J. Barry. The race will ho to Ormond and (back, a distance of 22 miles. The first three placed men and tlie unplaced rider completing the course in the fastest time will qualify to compete in the filial. The prizes -for this event will be: —Ist set of Britannia covers and rims, and gold medal; 2nd, gold medal: 3rd,, silver and gold medal; unplaced fastest man, gold modal. . . H. Anderson scr., A.
