The Federal Arbitration Court has commenced an inquiry at Broken Hill into the dispute between the Proprietary mine and the me,u. (Received Feb. 5, 1.6 a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 4. A meeting of -combined unions at Broken Hill decided to accept Justice Higgins’ award when announced. Tho Proprietary directors will meet tomorrow to discuss their attitude towards Justice Higgins’ finding.
