Spanish engineering and banking firms form a company with £8,000,000 capital, whereof 60 per cent will be reserved for the Spanish investors, to build warships atFerrol and Cartagena in connection wherewith the Government contracts go to Vickers, Sons and Maxim, John Brown, the Armstrongs, and Thorneycrofts.
