A REPORT DENIED
United Press Association. Copyright
LONDON, Feb. 4
There is continued discussion on Viscount Morley’s reply to the recent deputation. Mohammedans deny Viscount Morley’s dictum that population statistics are a main factor in determining representation. Under a new scheme of reforms Afahommedans have many powerful claims for exceptional treatment.
The Indian Office denies the report as to Makarji’s appointment to the Council.
