Philip Shredanovitch, the pastor of the' Greek Orthodox Church at Butler, Pennsylvania, is the latest pet of the humorists of the American Press. .His announcement of the new method of travelling has convulsed the country. „ Pastor Shredanovitch’s “discovery is that it is easier to travel standing still than to move. By taking advantage of the rotation oj the cm til, the traveller is merely lifted above the earth by means of an invention, the nature of which is kept a secret.
