STILL UNDER DISCUSSION.
SIR JAMES MILLS INTERVIEWED (Jnited Press Association. Copyright (Received Feb. 8, 12.53 a.m.) Sir James Mills, interviewed on the question of the All Red route, said that lie was unable to throw any light on the subject, it still being under discussion. The. Union Company was not building except for purely local purposes. There was no ship on the stocks for the V ancouver route. Pie added : “The matter is at present too uncertain.”
