HARBOR BOARD ELECTIONS
MEETING AT TOLOGA BAY
A public meeting was held in the Town Hall, Tologa Bay, on Saturday night. There was a good attendance, about 40 persons being present. Mr. E. Boland was voted to the chair. Messrs W. D. Lysnar and F, Harris addressed the meeting on the lines of their previous speeches. It was evident that a considerable amount of interest was taken, and that there was, a good deal of misapprehension, many persons being under the impression that the new Board would have power to construct the outer harbor without submitting tho ques-. tion to the people. The speakers explained that was not so, and stated that in other respects the question was one of the ships against the people. A number of questions were answered, and a vote of thanks to the speakers and the chairman closed the meeting. POLLING TO-DAY.
