POVERTY BAY CLUB. A special general meeting of the Poverty Bay Rowing Club was held at the Cosmopolitan Club last evening. Mr. J. Webb, captain, presided. It was decided to hold the annual social on Easter Monday, and a large committee was appointed to make the necessary arrangements. It was announced that the handicaps in connection with the competition for Mr. P. H. Graham’s trophy, for single sculls, will bo declared on Thursday night.
