SIR CHARLES LUCAS’ MISSION. TO BE THE FORERUNNER OF OTHERS. United Press Association. Copyright LONDON, Feb. 8. ..; 'A Colonial Office official interviewed, remarked that Sir Charles Lucas’ visit was intended to be the forerunner of others. Sir Charles Lucas was prepared to freely discuss every conceivable subject Ministers may desire to he considered. After visiting West Australia Sir Charles Lucas will proceed to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart, New Zealand, .and Fiji. He will probably _ return via Canada, and is expected to be absent six months. " All the details of his movements will be left to his discretion. The Agents-General and the Hon. W; Hall-Jones predict a cordial welcome to Sir Charles Lucas,, and beneficial results from his visit. ■
