A FRANCO-GERMAN ENTENTE. APPROVED BY BRITAIN. United Press Association. Gofyright PARIS, Feb. 10. Germany a month ago initiated an entente with Franco regarding Morocco. A communique issued in Paris, recording the fact, -acknowledges the value of Britain’s steady support of Franco’s policy, thus helping towards the present agreement. LONDON, Feb. 10.
