LONDON, Feb. 12
The : 'Daily Mail” reports that the >V' Admiralty’s programme,, five improved Dreadnoughts, or a -sixth, according to the progress of German construction, lias been accepted. It involves an increase of between three and four millions. The paper also states that there will no naval loan.
