Horses entering for District races to have, been in the district, and the bona tide property of residents, at least three months previous to the races. 2. Jockeys riding in races to wear colors. 3. Protests to be lodged noth the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after the disputed event, accompanied by a deposit of £2 such deposit to bo forfeited if the protest be not sustained. 4. No' nomination or acceptance will be entertained unless accompanied by necessary fees. 5.
