IN Pursuance of ‘'The Licensing Act, 1908,” I, ARTHUR FREDERICK BENT, Returning Officer for the District of Bay of Plenty, do hereby give Notice that an Election will be held for the return of FIVE persons,, being duly registered electors, within the said district, as a Licensing Committee for the said District. . and that the latest day for receiving nominations of candidates will be MONDAY, the FIRST day of MARCH, 1909, and that the POLL (if necessary) will be taken at the several poJli.ug places of the said district on TUESDAY, the NINTH day of MARCH, 1909.
