NOTICE OF ELECTION OF LICENSING COMMITTEE FOR THE DISTRICT OF BAY OF PLENTY. IN Pursuance of ‘'The Licensing Act, 1908,” I, ARTHUR FREDERICK BENT, Returning Officer for the District of Bay of Plenty, do hereby give Notice that an Election will be held for the return of FIVE persons,, being duly registered electors, within the said district, as a Licensing Committee for the said District. . and that the latest day for receiving nominations of candidates will be MONDAY, the FIRST day of MARCH, 1909, and that the POLL (if necessary) will be taken at the several poJli.ug places of the said district on TUESDAY, the NINTH day of MARCH, 1909. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district by a nomination paper as provided by section 105 of “The Legislature Act, 1908,” delivered to the Returning Officer on or before the FIRST day of MARCH, 1909.
