KIAMIL PASHA’S ACTION
A CRITICAL OUTLOOK. United Press Association, Copyright CONSTANTINOPLE, Feb. 16. Kiainil Pasha’s action was intended to prevent want oi discipline in the army, which was promoted by the campaign of agitation on the part of extremists on the Committee of Union and Progress. The latter is holding members of Parliament under oath to wield the poweg* without responsibility. The outlook is critical.
