ROWING.
GISBORNE CLUB. Two further races were rowed last evening in the competition; for trophies presented by Mr. C. Morse. O. Hansen’s crew beat B. Bright’s after a good race, and G. Puflett’s crewwon from Bayly’s by a narrow margin. The competition will be con-, tinned to-night. POVERTY BAY CLUB. Tlie single sculling races for Mr. P. 11. Graham’s gold medal were continued last evening, when three heats were rowed. T. Parker beat J. Scott, G. Scents was victorious over B. Lowe, and Pritchard Avon from Blakely. The races will be continued to-night.
