THE CAPTAIN ACQUITTED. CHARGE AGAINST THE MATE. United Press Association. Copyright LONDON, Feb. 19. Captain Young, of the barque Galluna, has been acquitted. He coun-ter-charged the mate with conspiracy in drugging him. [Former cable messages stated that the barque Calluna, bound from London to Sydney, put into.Falmouth, it. being alleged that, owing to the conduct of the captain the crew refused to proceed. Afterwards it was stated tlra.t the master, Captain Young, being incapacitated by delirium, the vessel had steered an erratic course. It was added that the captain had become so violent that the-chief officer grappled ■with him and lowered him into the lagaret. The crew then insisted on putting • into Falmouth, where the captain was medically treated and a successor appointed.] ,
