GISBORNE CLUB.

Ah extraordinary game was played on the Kaiti green yesterday between Pa-vitt and Crawford (skip) and Wootton and J. J. Martin (skip). On the 13th; head the score was, Martin 22, Crawford 8, and the former seemed likely to win easily. At this stage, however, Crawford succeeded with some remarkable scoring. On the 14th head he scored 2, on the Toth 4, on the 16th 6, and on the 17th 6. 'This made the totals, Crawford 26, Martin 22. On the last three heads scoring was practically even, and Crawford eventually won by 29 points to 26.
