Hilmi Pasha, in an interview with a correspondent of the “Agenee Bulgers,”- declared himself hopeful of a .settlement of the Turko-Bulgarian difficulty, adding: “I desire a close, a very close understanding with Bulgaria.” Negotiations are progressing.
