The Medical Conference mot -in council this morning, and resolved: (1) That members of -the New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association shall not allow their names to be advertised as surgeons of jockey clubs or other institutions;, further, that members shall not act as lion, surgeons or physicians to any club or institution other than a. charitable one; (2) that throughout the Dominion the fee for examination for life insurance be not less than one guinea, this resolution to ho binding upon every member of the New Zealand branch.
