Won by . two lengths, Time, 2min 50|sec. . Nursery Handicap, SOOsovs, 6 fur-longs.—-Lucre, 8.7, 1; Shnmcrette, 8.0, 2; Patronatus, 7.0, 3. Six others started. Won by three lengths. Time, lmin 15|sec. Loch Plate, oOOsovs, 2 miles.— Trafalgar (71b allowance) 1, EJayel (71b allowance) 2, Five Crown 3. Also started: Leith, Demolition, Trent Moor, Monobel, and Golden Gate. Trent Moor led past the stand and out of course from Monobel, Five Crown, Leith, Trafalgar, and . Flavel. Leith next took command, and Five Crown raced into second position from Golden Gate,. who made a forward move at the half-mile post and displaced Five Crown. -Leith led into the, straight from Golden Gate, who was displaced by Trafalgar at the distance. Trafalgar then forged ahead, and won by two lengths, one and a-quarter lengths between second and third. Trent Moor was fourth and Monobel last. Time, 3min BBlsec. - River Handicap,’ 200sovs, 1:\ miles. —True Scot 1, Doughty 2, Boastful 3. Eleven starters. Won by threequarters of a. length. A length between second and third. Time, 2mm 9sec.
