WAIAPU COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER. (Made on the ,24th day ol ! February; 1909, to be confirmed on the 31st day of March, 1909.) TN: pursuance and exercise of the : Powers vested in it in that behalf by the “Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908,” the AVaiapu County Council hereby resolves as follows: “That for the purpose of constructing a-. Traffic Bridge over the,Mata River at Puateroku, a loan of £2OOO is authorised to be raised under the provisions of the “Local Bodies Loans Act,, 1908,” over the Mata Special District, as defined in the Schedule hereto ; such loan to be for a period of thirty-two years at four per cent, per annum. The interest and other charges on the loan being provided by a Special Rate of one-third of a penny in the jiound (£) on the rateable value of all rateable property within the said District.
