Horses entered for District Race to have been in the District, and the bona fide property of a resident owner, for at least three months previous to date of meeting. .... 2. Stewards reserve the right to alter order of events. 3. Jockeys riding in races to wear colors. 4. Protests must be lodged with the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after disputed event, and accompanied by a deposit of £2; such deposit to be forfeited should the protest not be sustained. 5. NOMINATIONS for Races 2,3, and 4 close with the Secretary on SATURDAY, 6th March. WEIGHTS declared on MONDAY, 15th Match. ACCEPTANCES close TUESDAY, 16 March. 6.
