OUTBREAK IN SYDNEY. TWO CASES. Uniticd Press Association. Copyright (Received March 8, 9.25 p.m.) SYDNEY, March 8. One of the Arab crew of the French steamer Saint Louis, which’ arrived from Vila on Sunday, was discovered to-day to be suffering from plague. The steamer has, been removed from the wharf to quarantine. (Received March 9, 12.30 a.m.) Another case of plague has occurred, that of a man working at a flourmill in Goulburn Street. It is stated that dead rats have been found on the premises for some time. ~
