One of the Arab crew of the French steamer Saint Louis, which’ arrived from Vila on Sunday, was discovered to-day to be suffering from plague. The steamer has, been removed from the wharf to quarantine. (Received March 9, 12.30 a.m.) Another case of plague has occurred, that of a man working at a flourmill in Goulburn Street. It is stated that dead rats have been found on the premises for some time. ~
