PLEISTOCENE REMAINS. DISCOVERIES IN WEST AUSTRALIA. United Press Association, Copyright PERTH, March 9. f The Government Palaeontologist has -.returned from Margaret River. He brings 2000 specimens of the Pleistocene oge, mostly in a fragmentary state, but including many perfect or nearly perfect bones and teeth. Cursory examination of these reveals the presence of remains of diprodoton stlienurus, an extinct species of macropos netherium and pliascolomys, the last two genera being new records for West Australia.
