Seven others were arrested for complicity in an Anarchist conspiracy. The Council Bill is causing excitement in India. Meetings in many towns illustrate the rivalry of Moslems . and Hindus. The Lahore Mahommedans desire no Executive Council at Punjaub. In the'event of a change they demand a separate Moslem representative.
