THEFT OF DYNAMITE. SEVERAL ARRESTS. United Press Association. Copyrighi CALCUTTA, March 9. The police arrested a Bengali in connection with the theft of 1601bs of dynamite and 1 a quantity of fuses from the Halgarubagh magazine. Seven others were arrested for complicity in an Anarchist conspiracy. The Council Bill is causing excitement in India. Meetings in many towns illustrate the rivalry of Moslems . and Hindus. The Lahore Mahommedans desire no Executive Council at Punjaub. In the'event of a change they demand a separate Moslem representative.
