TROOPS MUTINY AT CONSTANTINOPLE. DISSATISFIED WITH ELIMINATION OF OFFICERS. United Press Association, Copyright CONSTANTINOPLE, March 9. Some troops at Yildiz Palace, responsible for the outbreak cabled on Ist November, being dissatified with over-elimination of officers and men, identified themselves with the old regime, and again proved mutinous, but the trouble was promptly quelled-. A SERVIAN NOTE. RELIES UPON THE EQUITY OF THE POWERS. (Received March 11, 12.7 a. .in) BELGRADE, March 10. Servia’s revised note to the Powers states that she is prepared to maintain normal neighborly relations with Austria, and demands from Austria no compensations, territorial or otherwise, arising from the annexation ol : Bosnia and Herzegovina. The latter fo declared to be a European question, and Servia relies upon the equity of the Powers in the matter. (Received March 11, 1.10 a.m.) Servia’s offer was made after the terms thereof had been revised by M. Isvolslsy.
