COXXEIL v. SLACK
(Press Association.) •NAPIER, March 26. In the Supreme Court to-day, Mr. Justice Edwards heard argument in the case of J. A. : Connell v. Edward A. Slack, regarding a partnership in the “Wairoa Guardian” newspaper. His Honor said he would reserve judgment on the question of damages in respect of which the claim was made by the plaintiff. He had already held that a partnership existed, and would now declare the partnership dissolved as from the. date of sale of the property by Slack. Plaintiff would he allowed for costs of -establishing his partnership as on a sum of £SOO. The costs oi the winding-up would be a charge on the partnership -accounts.
