A sale of furniture and effects will follow. , _ , Mr. W. Stewart, bootmaker. Peel Street, announces the arrival of the latest winter boots and shoes. Mr. A. Williams, architect, Adair's Buildings, invites to close at 5 p.m. on Monday, April 5, for the eiereetion of a residence m Kaiti. A respectable young lady is wanted to assist in tea rooms. Application is to be made to the Sweetevies. Mr. P. Vesper. care of Messrs M. -J. Cox and Co., offers a reward for the return of a light tan dog. lost recently. Mr. C. G. Bloore advertises particulars of a grocery business and a poultry farm for sale. Mr. C. Buscke, land and estate agent, advertises a choice sheep station for sale on terms. It is announced that Mrs. Murphy, corner of Fox and Clifford Streets, Whataupoko, has a vacancy for a boarder. ' Mr. H. L. Jennings, instructed by the trustees of Messrs C. Taylor and Co., will hold an auction sale of produce at the mart, Lowe Street, at 11.30 a.m. to-day, and at 3 p.m. a sale of household furniture and sundries.
