A SUSPECT REMANDED

AUCKLAND, March 30.

At the Police Court to-day ‘ a man named Joseph Griffiths, about 30 years of age, was charged that on March 12 he feloniously killed and slew Benjamin C. Mores. Sub-Inspector Hendry applied for a remand until Tuesday in order to allow for the completion of the inquest. Mr. 'Lundon, who appeared for the accused, raised no objection, and thp remand was .granted accordingly. . .
