SCHOOL CARNIVAL

Quite a large number of the children and their adult friends met at the school swimming baths yesterday afternoon, when the carnival in connection with the public school was held. There was a fairly long programme of events, and -thev were all gCt.oif in excellent time. Messrs F. J. Rowley (headmaster), J. Collev, and Chas. Morse acted as judges, and Messrs Leslie, Olsen, and Cowan controlled the programme.
