After cosnidering replies from clubs in the Hawke’s Bay district, it was resolved to reply to the Wanganui Club, expressing the opinion that the question was one which should lie dealt with by the Racing Conference, and that the difficulty would be to fin dsuitable persons with the necessary qualifications for such a responsible appointment.
