LONDON, April 2.Five thousand persons, chiefly students, marched in procession in Cairo, shouting against the new press law. They delivered seditious speeches in Opera Square. The Egyptian Lancers were summoned. The mounted police ..charged the excited mob, which was finally dispersed with the help of a fire hose. More trouble is threatened. The entire garrison is under arms. Ball cartridges have been served out. '
