NEW CLAUSES. APPLICATION TO COLONIES. United Press Association— Copyright (Received April 8, 10.59 p.m.). LONDON, April 8. In the House of Commons, the-Army Annual Bill has been read a third time. It contains clauses enabling colonial legislatures to apply the Army Act to local forces, .and a clause making members of colonial forces 6*eject to the Army Act when training in the United Kingdom. The Bill provides for billeting territorials on private individuals when.’inns are not available.
