A LARGE ATTENDANCE. NEW ZEALAND AWARDS'. United Press Association— Copyright SYDNEY, April 9. The weather was fine for the holiday. The attendance at the New South Wales Royal A. and P. Show was 71,000. The takings were £3471, against £3Oll last year. (Received April 11, 4.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 10. • The following are New Zealand awards in the Royal Agricultural Show: Border Leicester ram, IS months and over: J. S. Reid first and champion, and third; ewes under 18 months: J. B. Reid first and champion, Chrystall second; ram under 18 months: Chrystall first and second. Romney Marsh, ram 18 months old or over: J. B. Reid second, reserve champion, and highly commended. The attendance at the show yesterday was 40,500, and the takings £159 above last year’s.
