A report by Prince Ito on the administration of Korea discloses that out-of-pocket expenses in completely reorganising that empire amount to 14,500,000 yen. Military education of the youth of the country was introduced, and the Imlk of the disbanded army conducted st. guerilla warfare, the suppression of the outbreak costing Japan a million. [The yen is about 2s Old in English money.]
