r LONDON, April 13. The Spanish contract of Vickers, Maxim, and other British firms (cabled on tlie 4th February), comprises three 15,000-ton battleships, three destroyers, twenty-four torpedo boats, and four gun-boats, the total cost being £7,000,000 sterling.
