THE ACCUSED A NEW ZEALAND EX-CONVICT. [PkR Press Association.] WELLINGTON, April 20. McLaughlin, who has been arrested at Brisbane on charges of murder in Johannesburg, was sentenced some ten years ago in New Zealand to four years’ imprisonment for having in bis possession bouse-breaking implements.
