TEHERAN, April -30. The Shah iha-s dismissed the Prime Minister and tithe Minister of War. He has given both the portfolios to his uncle, Naibessulianeh, an ineorr,igiblo reactionary.
The British and Russian -Ministers have informed the Shah of their strong disapproval, and that if their ■representations are unanswered on Sunday they will be compelled to request another audience.
The Russian forces in Persia number 10,000. A detachment with supplies 'and field pieces has entered Tabriz.
