Be*ore 60 hours'have expired, however, the sea will moderate and the Finer weather, tinder recovery of pies sure, will thereafter prevail, but by about the middle of May or somewhat earlier another disturbance named Millar ” of considerable energy, will affect the’Dominion. “Millar” is now to the southward of Cape Letiwin, and shippin<r will eventually have cause to iemember “him.” Further advices will be issued when necessary.
