METEOROLOGICAL.
A PREDICTION OF MR WRAGGE. [Per Press Association.] DARGAVILLE, May 3 ATr AVragge has issued the following forecast: The central line of disturbance, “Foirlds,” rtich developed an ugly extension even beyond the North Cape, passed Auckland province at 530 this morning. The winds will now shift to the southward, and more wet weather is probable, with vicious swells on the coast, especially south fioni Cape Egmont, and- areas of nasty sea. The southern side of Fowlds ex tends beyond Stewart Island. Be*ore 60 hours'have expired, however, the sea will moderate and the Finer weather, tinder recovery of pies sure, will thereafter prevail, but by about the middle of May or somewhat earlier another disturbance named Millar ” of considerable energy, will affect the’Dominion. “Millar” is now to the southward of Cape Letiwin, and shippin<r will eventually have cause to iemember “him.” Further advices will be issued when necessary.
