A movement to promote friendship between leading men in Britain and France is progressing. M.M. Delcasse, Doumer, Miner, Rcinacli, Estourvelles, and DeConstant and a number of others dined at the. House of Commons with many Liberal-Unionist Lords and Commoners. A special committee of fifty lias been formed in each country.
