MR. WRAGGE’S REPORT.

WOO'DVILLE, May 19. The following is Air. Clement L. Wragge’s latest report:—“The Antarctic disturbance named UVlaesey,’ firstadvised on May Bth, when off Cape Leeuwin, is now influencing the Dominion, and especially in tho central and southern parts. Heavy squalls from between west and south are sure to be experienced, especially along the seaboard, with much rain, and probable local flooding in the Middle Island. ‘Massey’ will yet operate for' a few days, and is followed by the disturbance named ‘Carroll,’ which is due at the end of May or early in June. Minor shipping is specially advised.”
