SYDNEY, May 22

The Underwriters’ Association is adwised that the ship Nederland, which 'left Melbourne on March 23rd for the English Channel, wheat laden, put into 'Coquimbo, owing to stress of weather. 'The captain, second officer, and five seamen had been drowned.

[The Nederland is a ship of 1955 tons register. (She left Melbourne for the. English Channel for orders, with a 'cargo of 36,200 sacks of wheat. Coquimbo is a port in Chili, at the mouth t>f the river Coquimbo.]
