OLD AGE PENSIONS. THE SENATE’S CONTRIBUTION. United Press Association—Copyright PARIS, May 21. The Parliamentary Committee, of tlio French Senate proposes old age pensions to Wage-earners contributing a minimum of os yearly, employers adding ss. The Treasury provides pensions of £lO 13s 8d after 65 years of age, with special sick and infirm cases. It is estimated that the employers’ contribution will be £5,000,000 annually.
