CHRISTCHURCH, May 22. -Yn inquest concerning the death of James Smart.'of Cumberland' Street, Richmond, who died on Thursday last as the result of injuries received by Do in r r run over bv a cart on April litii. was held before Mr. H. W. Bisliop, S.M., to-day. The Coroner returned a verdict that deceased met his death by be in" run over by an aerated water carlAvhile on the wrong side of the road.
